Oleg Ustenko is an Executive Director at The Bleyzer Foundation. His financial and economic researches are focused on developing and transition economies. Prior to joining the team of TBF Oleg was actively involved into different economic policy oriented projects of the World Bank, OECD, Governments of CIS countries and world leading universities including Harvard University, MIT and Duke University. Mr. Ustenko has Master’s Degree from Harvard University and Ph.D. from Kiev State Economic University. He also attended Ph.D. program at Brandeis University. Mr. Ustenko is native Russian and Ukrainian speaker, and fluent in English.

Olga Pogarska is an Economist at The Bleyzer Foundation. Her responsibilities include monitoring and analysis of macroeconomic developments and structural reforms affecting investment climate in Romania, Ukraine and other transition and developing countries. Olga Pogarska holds MA degree in Economics from Economic Education and Research Consortium (EERC) at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) where she studied international, development and transition economics. She also holds MA degree in Economics of the Firm from Kyiv State Shevchenko University with the concentration in firm’s management and finance. Before joining the Bleyzer Foundation, Ms. Pogarska has held an economist position at Macroeconomic Reform Project in Ukraine of the Harvard Institute of International Development (HIID), and Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE-Ukraine). She was also involved in the joint projects with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Finance, the National bank of Ukraine and a number of NGOs. Ms. Pogarska is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.

Sergey Kasyanenko is an economist at The Bleyzer Foundation. Sergey’s research is concentrated on economic development of transition and economies and emerging markets with a particular focus on foreign direct investments and macroeconomic forecasting. On top of that, his duties involve macroeconomic analysis of Kazakhstan. Sergey holds a master’s degree from Boston College, USA. He is a native Russian and Ukrainian speaker, and is fluent in English.

Larisa Kozyarivska is an economist at The Bleyzer Foundation. Her role involves researching, analyzing and writing on macroeconomic situation in Romania and Ukraine. Larisa is also responsible for the projections of key economic indicators. Larisa holds a master’s degree from the Economic Education and Research Consortium (EERC) at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine). She is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
